For this game, you need access to the android/obb folder, but newer versions of Android have restricted it. First, download 
Zarchiver From GooglePlay, then open it and go to android/obb. If it doesn’t ask for permissions or you can’t access that directory, you’ll need to follow the tutorial below to remove that restriction. But if you have access, then you don’t need to follow the guide.
Installation
Unfortunately, if you have Android 14 or later and are having trouble installing APKs, you should check out the following tutorial:
Open Zarchiver, find the game file you downloaded, press it, and select “extract to…“. Locate the extracted folder, then copy the folder named com.devolver.hml1 and paste it in the path: Android/obb.
Go back and install the APK that was also extracted from the file. And you’re ready to play!
