Add Games to PPSSPP Android

PPSSPP Best Settings for low end Android Phones
We’re going to use a specific configuration for each game individually. We’ll do it this way because not all games require the same settings. And if a game already runs smoothly, you can adjust its graphics settings to make it look even better.
When we say ‘Low-end‘, it means you have a very old phone that doesn’t have ‘Vulkan‘ as an option in the ‘Graphics Engine’ section. If you have Vulkan, skip to the ‘Medium-end’ section.
- Graphic Engine: It is obvious that if you have Android 6.0 or below, you should only have OpenGL, leave it that way.
- Screen Resolution: PSP 2x. Perhaps this option consumes more and may heat up your phone, but with each update of PPSSPP, this consumes less. Generally, set it to 2x, but if your phone is too low-end, set it to 1x.
- Frame Skipping: As we mentioned before, if your phone is from 2014, you may need to set it to 1. You can try setting it to 2, but it will appear very fast and choppy. It’s your choice which one to choose. However, if it’s a low-end phone from the current market, it’s better to leave it at 0, and the game will look much better.
- Skip Buffer Effects: Activate: That will make the game run faster. But if, for some reason, the image becomes distorted or the screen remains black, deactivate it.
- Disable Culling: Desactivate
- Skip GPU Readbacks: Default.
- Lazy Texture Caching: Activate, But it may have graphical problems.
- Spline/Beizer Curve Quality: Even in mid-range, this option consumes resources. The Recommendation is to leave it Low.
- Render Duplique Frames: Desactive! Important.
