Starting with Android 13, installing game data became more complicated due to restrictions on certain paths in our mobile devices. However, it is still possible, and that’s what we’ll cover here. Keep in mind that these steps must be followed carefully, but it will be worth it.
First, download 
Zarchiver desde GooglePlay. Open the app and navigate to the Android/obb path. If it doesn’t ask for permissions or you don’t have access to that directory, you’ll need to follow the next tutorial to remove this restriction imposed by Android. If you do have access, you can skip the following guide.

Install Data Bully HD: Anniversary Edition Android Version
Open Zarchiver, find the game data, and select the folder “com.rockstargames.bully“. Then, choose to move or copy it. Now, paste it into the following path: Android/OBB.
Now, let’s install the APK. If you have Android 14 or later, we recommend installing the file from your phone’s original file explorer to avoid errors and restrictions from Android.
Install the APK, and if you handled the data part correctly, just open the game, and it should work perfectly.
